No doubt rainy days leave you feeling a little down in the dumps. With rain in the forecast for the next couple of days, you might need a little help finding ways to stay cheery. Well look no further, below is a list of 6 ways to kick the rainy day blues!

1. Do any household chores you’ve been putting off: On rainy days you really have no choice but to stay inside. So why not do a few extra things around the house?

2. Turn on dancing music:  Since you’re going to be doing house chores, you should have a little fun doing them. Turn on your favorite tunes and maybe dance a little while you work.

3. Cook a big dinner:  Have you found a recipe you’ve been meaning to make, but haven’t had the time? Well do it tonight! It will keep you busy and warm you up.

4. Order a pizza and watch Netflix:  Not a good cook? That’s ok, stay in your house and order in pizza. While your eating dinner you might as well binge watch Netflix. Right?

5. Go out to see a movie:  Why not go out and see a movie at the theater? It will keep you inside and you can even get some of that delicious buttery popcorn.

6. Exercise:  Go to the gym and get a good workout in. What better way to cheer up than by getting your blood pumping.
