For ten days, Illinois Route 92 in Joslin will be closed to through traffic.
The closure starts Monday, November 16, 2015 and goes through Wednesday, November 25, according to the Illinois Department of Transportation. During that time, workers will be doing maintenance at their at-grade crossing, east of Interstate 88.
Drivers who travel on Illinois Route 92 will be detoured around the area. The detour is marked as follows:
- IL Rt. 92 north on 286th Street
- Continue to Old IL 2
- West on Old IL 2
- Continue to 38th Street
- Turn east onto 38th Street
- Continue onto I-88
In addition, Moline Road and Garden Plain Road will also be closed, though no detour will be posted.
