A Galesburg, Illinois man, previously accused of grabbing two women, now also faces a sexual assault charge.

Wesley England, 29, was arrested in the area of Lake Storey after someone reported being assaulted by him Monday, November 2, 2015.  England was found in the area where the victim said the assault happened, according to Galesburg Police.  Investigators said England was arrested for aggravated criminal sexual assault.

England was previously charged in connection with two other incidents reported in August 2015.  A woman over the age of 60 told investigators England had asked to see her breasts in public on August 8, and that the next day England grabbed her breasts from behind as she was walking her dog.  Then on August 10, a surveillance camera captured footage of England allegedly approaching a different woman and grabbing her breasts, in the parking lot of the Walmart on Knox Square Drive.  England was charged with three counts of aggravated battery and one count of battery in connection with those cases, according to the Galesburg Register Mail.

England was out on $5,000 bond from the August cases, when the November incident reportedly occurred.

For his November arrest, jail records showed England remained held in the Knox County Jail.
