A 911 outage was affecting two towns in Jo Daviess County.
Any residents in Elizabeth, Massbach, and Hanover who cannot get through to 911 should call the Sheriff’s Office at 815-777-2141 from a cell phone.
The Sheriff’s Office said they were working with the phone companies to get the issue resolved.
