The Fourth Annual Quad Cities Area Heritage Tractor Parade and Show was set for Saturday, September 12, 2015.

The parade was set to start at 10 a.m. on 15th Street in front of the John Deere Pavilion.  The route starts out turning right onto River Drive, turns right again onto 19th Street, then right on 5th Avenue, right on 12th Street, and right back onto River Drive. The parade ends out in front of the John Deere Pavilion. The parade was expected to last about 45 minutes.

The tractors will assemble in front of the John Deere Pavilion for the show until 5 p.m. All brands, models, and colors of tractor will be there.

The show will also showcase other antique equipment and blacksmith demonstrations.

“Heritage equipment fans are a very dedicated and passionate group of enthusiasts and we love being able to offer an opportunity for collectors to showcase their pride and joy during this tractor parade and show,” said Kristen Veto, the John Deere Pavilion’s assistant manager. “Not only is it a lot of fun for the collectors who participate, but visitors to the John Deere Pavilion that day will have an opportunity to see some remarkable pieces of equipment on display. But, the best part, is hearing the collectors’ stories and sharing experiences with all those involved.”

All the tractors participating in the show must be from 1970 or earlier.
