A mom and pop restaurant in Abingdon caught on fire on Tuesday, September 8, 2015.
The Galesburg Register Mail is reporting the fire started around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Quinn's Corner. The restaurant is located in the 100 block of South Monroe Street. Crews remained on scene overnight, but no injuries are being reported.
Two years ago, News 8's John David featured the Knox County landmark in his mom and pop restaurant series. The burger joint was set up by Army veterans back in 1996.
