An elderly man with dementia was reported missing from southern Illinois, just east of the St. Louis area.
John T. Juracek, age 70, was last seen Monday, August 31, 2015 in Belleville, Illinois, according to the Illinois State Police. He was seen driving a 2013 white Honda Accord around 4:30 p.m. on Kingsway Drive, according to police. The car is a four-door with Illinois plates “9369037.”
John is described as being five-feet, 10-inches tall, weighing 200 pounds, and having gray hair and brown eyes. Police say John suffers from dementia and has suicidal tendencies.
