The shooting was reported in the 600 block of South Central just before 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 19, 2015.  Virgue Leonardo Orr, 35, "sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the upper torso," according to a statement from Burlington Police Department Lt. Jeff Klein.
