A 20-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly pulled a gun on a Rock Falls couple and later shot at their home.
A 55-year-old woman called 911 to report Steven Armoska, of Rock Falls, had pulled a gun on her and her husband during a confrontation at their home at about 11 p.m. Tuesday, June 23, 2015. As officers were searching for Armoska several hours later, they got another call from the same woman who reported shots had been fired at her home.
Police said Armoska surrendered at the Rock Falls Police Station at about 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, June 24.
Police said Armoska was charged with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm without an owners ID card, and unlawful use of weapons.
Armoska was held in the Whiteside County Jail.
