The Quad Cities River Bandits are helping dads across the area celebrate Father's Day.
On Sunday, June 21st, 2015, the team hosted its 4th Annual Father's Day Cookout during their game against the Burlington Bees.
Following the game, the River Bandits also allowed families to come onto the outfield and play a game of catch.
"This is one of the things that I really love - playing ball with my kids," said Jamie Smith. "This is how I bond with my daughter - by coaching her and enjoying some one-on-one time with her, too."
Fans were also able to get autographs from the players, bring their dogs into Modern Woodmen Park, and kids got to run the bases.
