Dawn Korch and Kevin Diehl died in the crash, after police say Darrow's car crossed the center line near Illinois City, and hit the motorcycle. He then allegedly took off on foot.

"How do you kill somebody, two people, then just take off and run on foot, almost like you just don't care?  That's the hard part to understand," said Chad Korch, Dawn's brother.

"She was a mom first and loved her kids dearly," he said about the mother of two children, ages 12 and 17.

Funeral services for Korch will be held Saturday, May 23 at 2 p.m. at Runge Funeral Home in Davenport

Services for Diehl have been set for Friday, May 22 in Kentucky.  He was the father of two children, ages 7  and 9.

"You could absolutely tell they adored each other. The four kids had really meshed well with each other, too," Korch said about the couple.

A GoFundMe account has been set  up for the four children left behind. To see that account, click here.

Darrow will be in court May 26th.
