Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush is back in Iowa Friday, March 6, 2015. The former Republican governor is considering a run for president in 2016.
Bush was in Chicago in February. He'll be in Central Iowa Friday. He'll be in Des Moines and Cedar Rapids on Saturday, March 7. 2015. The New York Times says, this is Bush's first campaign swing through the early voting states. One of the issues Republicans are concerned about now is immigration. Bush says he supports millions of undocumented workers being given a path to legal status.
Saturday, Bush will go to the same pizza shop that his brother, George W. Bush, went to when he first publicly announced his bid for the White House. That was back in 1999. A recent Quinnipiac University poll, has Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker up 12% on U.S. Senator Rand Paul, in a poll of Iowa Republican Caucus participants. Bush is at 10%.
