Davenport is looking for a theme to use for the city during RAGBRAI and you can help.
Bicyclists will be riding into Davenport on Saturday, July 25, 2015 to dip their tires into the Mississippi River after completing more than 462 miles across the state of Iowa. A theme will help set Davenport apart from the other overnight towns on the route.
The options you can help choose between are
- Pedal to the Party – Davenport
- Dip ‘Em in Davenport
- Davenport – Where the Road Meets the River.
To vote for your favorite click here. The chosen theme will be used on promotional materials, signs, web and t-shirts.
Voting began Friday, March 6 and ends Tuesday, March 10.
The last time Davenport was included in the RAGBRAI route was 2011, where the theme was Destination Davenport.
