Valentine's Day is still a few days away, but Thursday, February 12, 2015, those at King's Harvest in Davenport will get Valentine's Day gifts from kids at Seton Catholic School in Moline.

The kids made homemade valentines and packed boxes with hand warmers, sandwiches, socks, and homemade cookies.

"We just wanted to help the homeless cause they're in need," said Karmen Tounou.

"We realize that lots of people aren't as fortunate as we are and we just want to help them out," said Clare Thomson.

"I think it will mean a lot cause they don't have a lot and they night not have a big family like a lot of us do and it will make them feel warm," said Katie Roccholz.

The kids made enough meals for 50 to 60 people.
