Registration for the 2014 Toys for Tots program begins on Thursday, October 30, 2014 in the Quad Cities.
Any parent who wants their child to receive a toy for the holidays can sign their child up Thursday. Anyone can sign up in Scott, Rock Island, Henry, Muscatine, and Mercer Counties. There is no income limit. There are three things that parents need to bring with them though. They are: a photo ID, birth certificate, and a proof of their current home address.
Registration is just three days a week: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Registration ends on Saturday, December 6, 2014. Registration is being held at 5402 Tremont Avenue in Davenport this year.
News 8 will be an all day drop off site for anyone that wants to donate toys on Tuesday, December 2, 2014.
