Congressman Loebsack, a Democrat, and Dr. Mariannette Miller-Meeks, a Republican, each want to represent Iowa’s Second District in Congress.
The Loebsack ad, called “Fancy,” refers to outsourcing as “a fancy word for taking away our jobs.” The ad claims Mariannette Miller-Meeks professionally and politically supports companies that utilize outsourcing.
