Five days after she was involved in a wreck in rural Stockton, an Illinois woman died of injuries she suffered in that crash.
Michelle Schreiner, 41, as reportedly traveling southbound on Golf Road about a mile south of East Golf Road when she was involved in a crash Tuesday, October 7, 2014.
Schreiner was taken to a hospital in Rockford, Illinois.
Jo Daviess County authorities said they were notified Schreiner died Sunday, October 12, 2014, of injuries she sustained in the crash.
The cause of the crash remained under investigation.
