William P.D. Pierce, a property specialist with Coldwell Banker Previews International in Miami, listed Le Palais Royal on Millionaires Mile near Fort Lauderdale. This “palace” is now the most expensive house on the market in America, according to the official Coldwell Banker blog.
The French-inspired home spans more than 60,000 square-feet on more than 4 acres. Built in 2014, according to the listing, the mansion has 11 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms and sits on 465-feet of beachfront.
Believe it or not, that’s not all. The palace also has a private dock big enough for a 185-foot yacht and it has an underground garage that could park 30 cars.
The estimated monthly payment is $549,269.
