The boil order for Sherrard residents has been lifted and is no longer in effect.
The boil order had been issued after the village had a problem Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at the main pump at the Water Tower.
The Village Clerk, Theresa Johnson said they were “waiting on test samples to clear.”
The order was lifted Wednesday, August 6, 2014, as expected.
Early Monday evening, August 4, the village asked residents to conserve water as they were experiencing low water pressure.
