Police search for man after report of shots fired in Clinton neighborhood

Police are on the lookout for a man in connection with a report of shots fired in a Clinton neighborhood.

Captain Tom Bohle with the Clinton Police Department said around 5 a.m. Saturday, August 2, 2014 there was a report of gunshots fired in the 200 block of 16th Place in Clinton.

Bohle said arising from the incident, investigators were looking for 19-year-old Donte S.B. Phillips. He is described as 6-feet tall, 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

“Phillips should be considered armed and dangerous,” Bohle said. “If you see him, do not attempt to make contact with him. Immediately call police.”
