A teenage boy was airlifted to the hospital after falling about 80 feet from the bluff at Eagle Point Park in Clinton, Iowa.
Emergency responders found the 17-year-old along the railroad tracks by the spillway at the park, according to a spokesperson from the Clinton Fire Department.
He was transported from the area by an ATV unit and cart, the department said.
There were 12 firefighters, two ambulances and a rescue vehicle on scene for more than an hour.
