After four years with the Colts, Bettendorf native Pat Angerer signed a free-agency contract with the Atlanta Falcons.
Angerer had 148 tackles in his second year with Indianapolis. The Colts selected Angerer in the second round of the 2010 NFL Draft.
The inside linebacker has battled a nagging foot injury and, more recently, he had microfracture surgery on his knee in the off-season.
