Iowa guard Peter Jok suspended indefinitely

Iowa basketball guard Peter Jok was suspended from all basketball activities at the university after his second arrest in the off-season.

Iowa basketball guard Peter Jok was suspended from all basketball activities at the university after his second arrest in the off-season.

Jok was charged with OWI when he was arrested while operating his moped in May 2014.

The sophomore found himself in more trouble when he was arrested again Monday, July 14, 2014. Jok was reportedly pulled over just before midnight for an illegal tail light and no safety flag, and then police said he was driving his moped while his license was suspended.

Coach Fran McCaffery announced the next day that Jok was suspended indefinitely.

Jok started in 27 games as a freshman at the University of Iowa.
