The latest ‘Weird Al’ Yankovich video was one of eight he planned to release in eight days, in advance of his latest album, “Mandatory Fun,” which might be his final album. He says releasing songs one at a time might be his approach in the future, so his material isn’t dated before it gets released.
The video for the song “Tacky” was a spoof on Pharrell’s wildly popular song, “Happy.”
The “Tacky” video includes appearances by Aisha Tyler, Margaret Cho, Jack Black, and Kristen Schaal and “Modern Family’s” Eric Stonestreet, all dressed in clothes that might be considered well, tacky.
