PGA meteorologist works right at Deere Run for accurate predictions

Weather put a damper on some of the plans at Deere Run during the third round of the JDC.

Tee times were pushed back to 9:30 a.m. with golfers going off both tees in groups of three because of Mother Nature.

The call to push back the tee times was made by PGA Meteorologist Willis Young, who travels with the tour. He had been tracking the storm since it was first spotted on Monday.

Young works right on the course, which he says helps him make more accurate weather predictions.
