Hawkeye alum plays first John Deere Classic

Steven Ihm played in his first tournament as a pro and made some big strides during the John Deere Classic.

He finished the tournament at 10-under par tied for 27th place. His final round was a 68, 3-under par.

The University of Iowa graduate had plenty of friends and family making the rounds with him at the JDC, and the best part of the weekend was taking home his first paycheck.
