Sterling Police were searching for a man and a pickup truck in connection with allegations of public indecency involving young girls.
“A female juvenile reported seeing a white male masturbating in a dark blue full-sized pickup with a light-colored wave or design on the side of the pickup, as he drove by her,” said a statement from Sterling Police.
The girl told police the truck drove by her and another girl twice; the third time they saw it as they were walking in the area of Dillon Avenue and West Le Fevre Road just before 5 p.m. Monday, July 7, 2014.
Police said the man in the truck was in his 30s, unshaved, and had short brown or light brown hair. He was wearing a white t-shirt.
Police shared a picture of a pickup truck, which they said matched the description of the suspect vehicle, taken near the time and place where the incident happened. The truck was described as a dark blue, single cab full-sized pickup with a light-colored wave or design along the side.
