As thousands of visitors partake in Davenport’s 4th of July events, the city is encouraging guests to park in certain areas.
There are three parking ramps in downtown Davenport, the Harrison Street ramp, Redstone, and RiverCenter ramp. On Friday, July 4 it will cost $5 to park on these parking ramps.
Also, because of the flooding, some of the roadways have been detoured, so drivers should be aware that they may encounter this during their visit to the city.
