Flooding forced the closure of several venues along the Mississippi  River, including Rhythm City Casino.

“The Mississippi River has risen quickly over the past few days.  Unfortunately, as the river continues to rise, the property is compromised forcing us to close,” said Rhythm City Casino General manager Mo Hyder.

The casino was closed as of 6 p.m. Monday, June 30, and will remain closed until flood waters recede.
