A four-year-old boy died six days after he was discovered with a rope around his neck at an indoor play facility in Waterloo.
Isaiah Neelans was not breathing when he was found with a rope, used to secure an inflatable structure at Thorp Family Fun, around his neck at about noon Saturday, June 14, 2014 according to KWWL-TV.
Isaiah was taken to a hospital in Iowa City, where he died Friday, June 20.
A woman who said she owned the facility called the incident a “freak accident.”
Isaiah’s funeral was planned for Wednesday, June 25 in Waterloo.
