An Illinois man was charged with first-degree sexual misconduct after he allegedly exposed himself to people in a restaurant.

Customers in the St. Louis Bread Company location in Sunset Hills, Missouri, said Donald Tinsley, 81, of Caseyville, Illinois, exposed his genitals to people in the restaurant Wednesday, June 11, 2014.

A photo of Tinsley, taken by a customer of the restaurant, helped police identify him according to our sister station, KTVI.

Court records show Tinsley was sentenced to probation and mental health treatment after he pleaded guilty in December 2013 to several misdemeanor counts of sexual misconduct. Those charges stemmed from an incident in a public library for which he was charged in July 2013. His sentence in that case included a restriction prohibiting him from going to any St. Louis County library branch.
