Police say they arrested more than a dozen teens between 15 and 19 years of age when they busted a reported underage drinking party in rural Prophetstown, Illinois.
Deputies were dispatched to the alleged party just after midnight Saturday, June 7, 2014. Prophetstown Police officers assisted.
Police said a 16-year-old from Rock Falls was charged with improper lane usage, no valid driver’s license, curfew violation and consumption of alcohol by a minor.
Nine other juveniles, between 15 and 16 years of age, were also arrested for curfew violation. Four more teens were arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
A 19-year-old from Erie and an 18-year-old from Sterling were also arrested for resisting/obstructing a police officer.
