One lane of John Deere Road westbound is shut down after a water main break at the corner of John Deere Road and 41st Street in Moline.
It happened around 6 a.m. Wednesday, May 28, 2014.
Traffic was backed up just to the east of 41st Street.
The lane will likely be closed for the next couple of days. Both westbound lanes of John Deere Road are back open again at 38th Street.
Crews from MidAmerican Energy and Moline Public Works crews were on scene at 7 a.m.
Panera Bread was closed due to the break. Workers there are not certain when the store will reopen.
