How can you possibly feel that posting this picture is the right thing to do??? What if this picture is how this persons loved ones found out about the accident?.. Just sick!!!!!

  • Close Friend

Seriously poor judgement by this news crew, the rider is my son’s best friend and like part of our family and this was how many of us found out. He has been air lifted to Peoria. Show family and friends some respect, shame on you!!!

It’s funny how people read the news everyday and don’t care how personal they get, until it effects someone close to them. Also, they didnt share that he was ait lifted, you did, shame on you…

    • Family

If you read the article, you will see that it clearly says he was airlifted. Shame on you for even replying with such a rude comment to a families tragedy. I hope to God you or your loved ones never go through anything like this!!!!!

  • Family

Excuse me but they usually talk about not show freaking pictures, I am beside myself right now, There is even a picture of the blood on the ground seriously? This shows no respect at all.

I am sorry that u all feel this way but people need to see this maybe it will open up people’s eyes and realize that there is more to the scene Then just some picture someone draw ……. I ride and I have almost been hit 35 times thanks to the man up stairs I didnt

  • That Random Concerned Citizen

I agree with Anon. Yes, it is disrespectful but at the same time if it wasn’t someone close to them, nine times out of ten people don’t think twice about that. It’s the news, it happens. I’m sorry but it’s life.
With that being said, I sincerely hope the rider is alright and I send my condolences to the family and friends.

People are so quick to judge &critisize! Thank you WQAD for posting this pic! If it were my loved one that was injured, it wouldnt matter ‘how’ I would have found out about it, the most important thing would be is that I WAS informed!

  • Anonymous

Well, and the fact that it doesn’t name anyone. You wouldnt know who this was just by looking at the smashed bike, you would have had to know about it prior to reading this. I really hope this opens peoples eyes though.
