Woman reportedly stabbed during argument in Davenport

A man reportedly stabbed his girlfriend near Miller Time Bowling in Davenport.

Davenport Police said they are looking for a man who slashed his girlfriend during a domestic dispute around 2:30 p.m. near East Kimberly Road and Elmore Avenue on Saturday, May 24, 2014.

According to a witness, the two were arguing in a car outside Miller Time Bowling when the attack happened.

“[A] couple minutes later they both got out of the car and she rephrased herself and repeated and says “You stabbed me,” and she pointed to the back of her shoulder and… you could just see blood just gushing out,” said a witness.

Police said the woman was taken to an area hospital where she was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
