Western Illinois University has graduated yet another group of its QC scholars.

The university’s graduation was held at the iWireless Center in Moline Sunday, May 11, 2014, just one day after St. Ambrose’s graduation. The ceremony was held for graduates who attended the school’s QC campus students.

One of the graduates Sunday, Daniella Sosa, said the ceremony was a huge milestone for her.

“When I first started it was very hard, and there’s time when you think you want to give up, but you just have to keep going” said Sosa. “My family has been a huge supporter and it’s just been great.”

Sosa said she plans to return to Western to continue her education.
