Traffic was backed up on the I-74 Bridge for roughly an hour because of a crash involving an Illinois State trooper.
Witnesses said traffic was backed up around 11:30 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 2014 for Illinois-bound drivers.
Video shows that the rear end of a police car was wrecked.
