Two vehicles shot in Muscatine neighborhood

Two vehicles in a residential Muscatine neighborhood were damaged by bullets.

A spokesperson from the Muscatine Police Department said on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 6:15 p.m. a report had come in that gunshots had been fired in the 1900 block of Baker Avenue. When officers arrived on scene they found that two cars had been damaged.

Police said nobody was around the vehicles when the shooting happened and there were no injuries.

β€œThe offender or offenders were gone prior to officers arriving,” a Muscatine Police Department spokesperson said.
