Two brothers suffered slashes to their feet from razor blades at a park playground in San Diego.

Their mother told police her seven- and 15-year-old sons were cut by razors Wednesday evening, April 30, 2014, according to our sister station KSWB-TV.

Paramedics pulled a razor blade from the younger boy’s foot, and he required stitches.  Police said the older boy had more superficial cuts on his feet.

Using metal detectors, investigators found more than a dozen razor blades in the children’s play area at the park.

Locally, East Moline Police were continuing to investigate razor blades glued to playground equipment in Millenium Park.
