A website called Give It 100 encourages people to try something for 100 days, and document it with video.

Deciding to “give it 100,” Estella Gong, a Computer Engineering sophomore at the University of Central Florida, wanted to improve her strength by doing push-ups for 100 days.

You can clearly see the progress she has made in those 100 days, from her improved strength to her confidence.
