Looks like we’ll squeeze out one more dry day before conditions get soggy once again.
High clouds moving across our skies are part of our next weather system that will bring the next round of showers to the area. Add an easterly breeze and daytime highs will be pleasantly cool with temperatures around 60 degrees.
The rain event will come in two parts. The first will push in this near evening with the second wave arriving before sunrise, Thursday. This coverage will overspread the entire area with showers along with a few embedded thunderstorms before ending by late afternoon. Rainfall amounts could easily reach a half an inch in many spots. This moisture streaming northward should inch temperatures back in the mid 60s.
We’ll end the work week on a much drier, brighter and warmer note with afternoon highs approaching 70 degrees. Enjoy, as temperatures make a tumble this weekend with 50s both Saturday and Sunday.
