Early voting for the June 3, 20-14 primary election begins in Iowa on Thursday, April 24, 2014.

Eligible voters can cast an early ballot by visiting their county auditor’s office and completing an absentee ballot in person, or request an absentee ballot by mail.

Absentee ballots can be delivered in person to the county auditor before 9 p.m. Tuesday, June 3, 2014 to be eligible for counting.  Absentee ballots submitted by mail must bear a postmark of Monday, June 2, 2014 or earlier to be considered for counting.

Iowa polls are open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. for the primary election June 3, 2014.
