Three 5th grade classrooms at Seton Catholic in Moline have been very busy the past few weeks, collecting donations for an upcoming "Tudi's Tribe" benefit and learning about how cancer impacts kids in the Quad Cities.

It was important for our kids to see that there are kids in the community who are sick or struggling and they didn't even know about it," said 5th grade teacher, Kathleen VanDerGinst.

Brad Baltzell and Tudi's Tribe, a local charity which helps fulfill the wishes and needs of Quad City kids fighting cancer, were touched by the donation. Thursday morning, right after the first bell rang, Baltzell showed up with a dozen breakfast pizzas from Happy Joes-- no surprise, the kids went wild.
