The first time he visited WQAD, his mom had to drive him to our studios.
Now, Chasson Randle is a junior standout at Stanford University who is still polite, humble and appreciates the support he’s still getting from the Quad Cities.
He says the best way for him to show his appreciation to fans is to play well.
The Rocky alum says the same truth applies today that applied to his high school career:
“We’re strong as a group and we need each other to win basketball games.”
