More than 30 people were hurt in the crash. None of the injuries were reported to be serious.

Video captured by a surveillance camera shows two people standing at the top of the escalator as the train, traveling at 25 miles per hour, jumped the tracks.

Days after the crash, the reason the train did not stop was still unclear.
