Moline 7-11 robbed

A Moline 7-Eleven gas station was robbed before dawn Tuesday, March 25, 2014.

The robbery, at the store at 16th Street and 30th Avenue, was reported around 5 a.m.

After the robbery, police blocked off 30th Avenue Drive just to the west of the gas station.  The street has since been reopened.

Police and store workers did not yet provide details regarding what happened, how much money was taken or how many suspects were involved in the robbery.

No one was hurt in the incident, and the gas station remained open Tuesday morning.
