Habitat ReStore in Davenport is looking for leftover lumber donations.

According to ReStore’s website, the organization collects new and used building materials that are sold to the public at discount rates. ReStores finds uses for quality materials that are no longer needed by their previous owner. Habitat for Humanity is one of the beneficiaries of the donations.

If you have leftover lumber from projects or remodels you can drop them off at 3629 Mississippi Avenue in Davenport. Donations will be accepted Monday – Saturday. They open up at 10 a.m. each day, close at 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays, 2:30 p.m. on Saturdays, and 4:30 p.m. every other day. They are not open Sunday.

If you need your materials picked up, you are asked to fill out a Donation Pickup Form.
