The items are listed in the Illinois Department of Transportation’s online auction of surplus items.

Heavy equipment they’re selling includes backhoes, pavement rollers and dump trucks.

The latest auction includes an assortment of vehicles (including a totaled police car), billiard cues, small and large tools and kitchen appliances.

The auction site includes other interesting items such as robot arms, a spectrometer, a genetic analyzer, 200 pounds of assorted brass ammunition, a snow plow, a welding power system and a Nautilus ab-strengthening machine.
