$50,000 worth of heirloom jewelry stolen from Moline home

A safe stolen from a Moline, Illinois home contained heirloom jewelry with great sentimental value to the owner.

The safe, which also contained some pain medication, was stolen March 3, 2014 from a  home in the 5300 block of 28th Avenue according to Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities.

Moline Police hope someone can help them solve the burglary.
