Galesburg has declared a Snow Emergency which impacts parking.
The Executive Secretary for the City of Galesburg said beginning at 10 p.m. Saturday, March 1, 2014 an automatic parking prohibition will take effect. The prohibition takes place on all city streets.
Any vehicles parked on city streets, not including the downtown areas, may be ticketed or towed.
The Snow Emergency remains in effect until all the streets are cleared.
